BAU 2017: Focusing on skilled trades


Tradesmen Meet—this is where BAU has bundled the events that specifically target skilled tradesmen for years. Skilled workers from all trades and all branches of industry will get their money’s worth again in 2017:

BAU’s visitors can certainly look forward to the training camp of the German Building Professionals’ national team. The best apprentices demonstrate their skills in various disciplines and train for the upcoming WorldSkills competition in Abu Dhabi. The skilled workers camp will be in the East Entrance and is organized by the Association of German Building Professionals (ZDB).

The Tradesmen Meet Forum in Hall B0 is where experts present valuable tips and aids for daily professional life. Visitors can choose from various themes: Whether they prefer social media, construction law, or modern heating technology and thermal insulation for build



Manual labor in the hustle and bustle of the fair. The German Building Professionals’ national team will have a training camp at BAU again in 2017.

Once again, the Konradin Media Group invites everyone to its roundtable in the East Entrance. Experts from the skilled trades, architecture and research will discuss controversial topics.

Everyone needs to take a break once in a while: The perfect place to do so is the hospitality area in Hall B0 right next to the Forum. It’s a great place to meet, exchange ideas or simply rest a bit.
